We have a 7 day refund policy on damaged goods only. The 7 day period applied from the delivery date of goods. Images must be taken and sent, showing damaged goods. This helps us mitigate these issues for future orders.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. This can typically take 3 to 5 business days. Please do keep in mind, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
