Steamed Asian Greens with Young Ginger Dressing:

+ Method

  1. Wash Chinese broccoli thoroughly, cut 1 cm off the base and discard.
  2. Cut the rest into 5 cm lengths.
  3. Steam in a Chinese steamer for 3 minutes or until the leaves are dark green and cooked through, and the stems have lost their rawness but are still crunchy.
  4. Gently heat the Young Ginger Dressing. 
  5. Arrange neatly on a plate and dress with the warm Young Ginger Dressing.
