Lello Busiate With Meaty Vegetable Sugo:

INGREDIENTS


+ METHOD

  1. In a deep frypan heat olive oil , lightly fry, garlic, onion with mince/sausages until golden brown. Add celery, carrot, red pepper, mushroom and cook until soft.
  2. Add tined tomato vegetable/chicken stock and Bay Leaf.
  3. Simmer for 30-40 min. Season with salt & pepper.
  4. Boil Lello Fresh Busiate as per cooking instructions, drain and toss with sugo mix.
  5. 5. Serve with chopped parsley and parmesan cheese.
