We recently had a quick little chin-wag with Alice Bennett of Miss Trixie. If you haven't yet heard of her, your Instagram algorithm must be off. If you have, well then a very well done to you. You're well informed.

Miss Trixie gave us a quick 5 minutes of her time in between baking for the essential Q&A's.

AB: Gordons in London for the best wine and cheese I've ever had - it truly is one of the most memorable wine bars I've ever been to! Second to that, was having a spritz in Asos in Kefalonia, Greece.

 

CP: DINNER TUNES

AB: Kitchen Swagger on Spotify is rad! I also love Pasta Club by P Mami (Jenna Holmes of Pasta Mama is a legend and has excellent taste in music).
