Make Pear, Walnut & Goats Cheese Tartines with Meredith Dairy

At Co-lab, we're obsessed with Meredith Dairy goats cheese, much like the rest of the state. Because of, Meredith Dairy were kind enough to share their insight on their famous Pear, Walnut & Goats Cheese Tartines. Get the recipe below, and enjoy it on repeat.
Pear, Walnut & Goats Cheese Tartines:
- 4 Pears
- 8 Slices of Sourdough Bread
- 1 Jar of Meredith Dairy Marinated Goat Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Walnuts
- 2 Cups Rocket
- Olive Oil
- Balsamic Vinegar
Turn on the BBQ or heat your griddle pan. Cut pears into quarters and season them with Olive Oil and Honey. Place them on the BBQ or can and cook them until golden and soft.
Meanwhile, place your sourdough slices in the toaster. Once toasted, spread with a generous amount of Marinated Goats Cheese, Walnuts, rocket and balsamic vinegar.
Place the cooked pears on top and drizzle with honey.
