Why not zhoosh up your carb hit with the Chimichurri Dry Spice Rub from Asado. Follow the recipe below - they'll be sure to knock your socks off.

Ingredients: - 4 potatoes - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil - 2 tsp Chimichurri Dry Spice Rub - Coarse sea salt

Method: - Set your oven to 180°C - Peel and cut your potatoes into fries - Rinse thoroughly and strain to remove as much starch as possible - Tip onto a clean tea towel and pad the fries dry - Spread evenly on a lined baking tray and place in the ovenVOO, Chimichurri, and a generous sprinkling of sea salt (to taste) and toss well - Spread evenly on a lined baking tray and place in oven - Bake for 45mins (or until golden and crispy), turning the fries halfway through
